Shipping
Most orders ship within 2 business days(excluding weekends)
We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses after the order has shipped. Please double check for correctness and contact us ASAP if there is a problem.
Every package has a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost of stolen packages.

Mask Shipping Schedule
Masks ship Tuesday-Saturday. Most orders placed before 5pm ship the following business day. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday.
Returns
Our apparel is made to order. Once your order is “in production” we will be unable to cancel or change it. We can only offer exchanges on defective jewelry, shirts, and bags. You must contact us within 24 hours of your orders delivery and the item must be in new/unworn condition to be considered for an exchange.
Due to the nature of the item, there are no returns or exchanges on facemasks. In kind exchanges only. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs . No other returns/exchanges are offered at this time for jewelry.
